Walls go up!

So nice to see our Cedar colour and timber choice today against the flooring of Lucy, as our walls start to go up. First we ran some conduit through the van which will link our fridge, cooktop, lights, water pump, hot water service and power points to both the inverter and the batteries.

Then – time for the walls to go on! We chose sustainably sourced Cedar click in timber panels, which we attached with copper/rose gold coloured screws (to keep my creative colourful side happy!) and it looks amazing!!

Frank cut out perfect holes for the solar fans/vents to come through and then continued onto the remainder of the ceiling. Next is a little more wiring work, then we can finish the second wall.

So nice to finally see the insulation covered and really see Lucy’s interior take shape.
