Flooring!!!

Colours and textures…textures and colours! So many flooring choices!

After many hours of research (and some alarming findings on the health affects of low quality, toxic flooring…(see more at http://www.liveability.com.au/liveabilityguides/eco-friendly-healthier-flooring-guide/ ) we decided to go with an eco timber option from Gerflor. It was refreshing to find a multi national company that is genuinely aware of their carbon footprint and is making a conscious effort to lower it, use recycled elements and not include the usual chemical nasties as found in cheaper flooring options.

So…we’ve decided on a gorgeous brown, rustic, patchwork look floating timber floor, and we love their products so much, that we’re using the matching white wash timber for our walls and ceiling! Decision – made!!
