Bit by bit.

Today was a rather emotional and difficult day, and in fact, I cried over water tanks!! Yes – water tanks! The pressure of having “started” so many mini projects within our bigger scale project of building Lucy had my all in knots. Which water tank, will it be mounted underneath or inside the van, will it take up too much space, how much water do we need? Then back to toilets again, then to hot water, skylights….the list goes on. I feel like we need to focus on one thing, start it, finish it, then move onto the next, however, each decision impacts the next and there are some things we can’t do until something else is done, so we really do need to skip to and from items and decisions to make sure everything is done in the right order and the best possible way.

So…today we purchased our porta-potty toilet, a mini back up butane stove, a fire extinguisher, ordered our skylight/hatch which will go over the bed, and left water tanks for another day!

Sometimes, we just need to take each day at a time and focus on things bit by bit!
