Sanding….sanding…sanding….

So today I had the wonderful task of sanding our cedar walls and ceiling  (by hand!!) and then applying the wax.

We chose to use a beautiful natural bees wax – handmade by Gilly Stephensons in Western Australia. Sustainably and ethically sourced of course. Happy bees = happy us!

All the other options of varnishes, lacquers etc are chemical based and have far too many nasties for our liking, so it was great to find a natural, local made option.
