Painting, painting and little bit of framing!

Today I painted the black plastic base boards in a serene pale blue called “Peaceful Bay”. Although most of them will be either under the bed in the storage area or behind the couch and cupboards, we still thought it would be nice to have a light and bright background.

After this we started framing up the walls in preparation for the timber boards to go on the walls and ceiling. Amazing how small things can take sooo long!! This process literally took us the whole day!
